It sold about two months ago. They gave it away pretty much. The new owners are gutting it and having a pool installed. There are three other houses on my block for sale currently. 2 are foreclosures, and one is a for sale by owner. 2 are on the canal. Houses have become incredibly cheap over here in the last two years. You can purchase 4 bedroom, 3 bath home for under 150 now. The one across the street from me would have sold for over 600k 2 years ago. I think it eventually sold for under 275.

Wow, I had already put the vacation time on the books for this, but today I erased it....Sad day indeed, but we could all stand to save a few bucks. I won't go without Rich and/or Mike. They are my reason to go, really, no offense to those who weren't there for all of my previous 7(?) years.
P.S. I am alive, and I really need to rotate my tires Mike....

I'm allowed to drink beer, and I have been, but I just have to make sure I don't get my blood too thin. So far I've hit perfect scores at the doctor despite having beers often.  Moderation of alcohol and blood thinners.

Not this weekend, though. I'm doing Kendra's B-Day party on Sat. and then taking her to Chuckie Cheeze on Sun., and then Disney next month. Man, what a Birth Day she is getting, all I got last year for my Birth Day was a Shop Vac.
