the 2.2 in my hhr isnt that bad as far as power goes, but yeah it would take alot for me to get a 2.2...my 4.3 gets around 24 or 25 city and it has a 20 gallon tank so i can get 3-4 weeks on a full tank...i used about 3/4 of a tank going from columbus to jakes house then to dropt out and back!

Don't hate on da 2.2 dude, I drove one for 5 years, and would still have it if it wasn't things beyond my control. 26MPG in town and mid 30's on hwy the way I beat on mine is great. I'll admit a 4.3 has more power by far, but on a road trip with the club, you almost get agravated by the others needing gas every 250 - 300 miles.

Well I can see how it would be rough to get everyone together for a meet if ya'll are spread out over a big area. But it don't hurt to get together to just hang out, don't let yourselves feel pressured to get together for shows only.

Yeah, but it sucks trying to keep up with everyone else at a cruise when they have 4.3s!

Steve with the black Xtreme also lives in Columbus, but he never posts, so I didn't consider him active.
