Coolant leak 95' 2.2 5 Speed
So, as the subject obviously states, I've got a pretty hefty leak. I can fill the coolant reservoir, will be empty within a full tank of gas.

I've checked the reservoir, the hoses, and it doesn't leak when just idling.

Thoughts, I know the info is scarce at the moment. What else do you need and I'll get it, take a photo, or look.

Thanks guys,

-Rob

Have the system pressure checked. I do believe I have an external leak at my head gasket, mine leaks about as much as yours, if not more. You can buy anti-freeze dye, which will show up when you hold a black light up to it so you can trace the leak.

Thinking about selling my wheels, anyone looking for a set? 17x8 ROH Snypers (imported from Australia) with 225/55/R17 Michelin Hydroedge tires with a lot of tread left. The wheels are cleared alumnium, but the clear coat needs stripped. Wheels would look awesome polished though. $350.

just when i think im gonna save up before getting new wheels, you have to post these. i want the MB vintage, but these seem similar enough that i think they would look pretty good, damn my lack of money!!!!
