Yeah my dad knows all about tires he used to work at ntb...and ill make sure it doesnt screw with the speedo and abs..hes the one that gave me the idea to run wider ones in the back...i think im gonna run like 225/55s in the front and 235/55s in the back...but itll be a while i still have to get the money together and polish the wheels so they wont be going on anytime soon...unfortunately...and my battery went dead..the battery wires are shot and the alternater may be done too..this all happened in one day!...the battery was $89...the wires are gonna be $89 then after i get the wires in ill know if the alternators bad so im gonna be doing good just to make it to mansfield in a couple weeks

why would u build a cpi motor, so u can dump hundred more into fixing it a month after you build it....... build the 4.3 out of a tbi or a mpfi for gods sake leave the cpi motors alone the only thingthey do is look different they have so many problems its insane, no offense frank but iam very glad mine wasnt optioned as a ss

really i think its a matter of opinion...one thing good about the cpi is that they have more power and more torque than the tbi especially in 94 and 95 when the tbi only had 165 h.p...and they seem to be more efficient.....if you take care of them they wont have any problems..mine has never had any major problems at all...if i remember right yours is a 96 so if it was an ss you wouldnt have the cpi...theres more good things about an ss than the cpi like the tranny and sway bars and things like that, i mena its not like they drive like corvettes but they do handle better than regular s10s from the factory...especially in the 96-98 ss when it had the lowered zq8....ok now that im done with my ss rant..other than that the ss is really an appearence package

but really its an aperance package and nothing more...now that im done with my ss rant!lol...i get my battery wires teusday so i wont find out till then if ill need an alternator....and because its an ss it has a high output alternator which means more expensive..the joys of special models...anyways itll be tight getting it ready for the meet especialy if it needs an alternator

I doubt its the exact same front.... reason i make stickers for the whole club is so everybody has the same sticker no matter where you go, and no one is different..... when you order one of our stickers you can compare them if the 1 you bought is exactally the same then you can keep it and just sell the 1 you bought to a new member that you will most likely get (hopefully). Just post up a pic of it when you get it
