It's a slow website and you only waited 2 hours.

It would be totally up to you on whether to run fuel injection or carburetion. You would have to redo the wiring if you went to a carb. Some states require that if you do an engine swap it must be from a same year or newer model vehicle, that way it stays within emission laws. Personally, I would run fuel injectioin just because you'll save time in the long run and it'll stay within the emission laws.

You will need BB motor mounts and radiator with the right core support.

I would get new sensors. If you're using the PCM from the truck and not the engine then it'll be setup to read certain sensors. If you don't plug in all the sensors that were on the old engine, it'll throw a check engine light for sure. But you should be able to reuse the wiring and stuff. Or you could just get you a new wiring harness and PCM, which would be a better option.

Only way to use the 454 wiring is to use the 454 PCM, as far as I know. The PCM would be the easy part to replace, the wiring will be a pita. Just as you unplug make sure you label.
